Application Overview

The Plant Sales application was designed to interface with the industry’s most popular PC-based scale ticketing systems. Working with the Order Processing System, this application easily manages the flow of customer, department, and job orders. The system also captures data on hired vehicles, builds accounts payable material vendor records, generates order releases, and manages customer invoicing. It supports user defined data such as zone haul rates, wait time rates, and pricing by a number of contract variables, in order to provide users with maximum flexibility.

Management Reports
Management Reports are audit functions which provide printouts showing haul totals by date, job, hauler, or by variance between amount billed and actual cost.

File Maintenance
This integrated File Maintenance option provides the flexibility to enter and maintain critical pricing, hauling and truck records, and "ship to" addresses.

Start-to-Finish Order Processing
The Processing option provides comprehensive management of scale tickets from the on-site PC. This option allows users to enter, edit and update tickets. Once the ticket is complete it is then transferred to the Order Processing System to create a record of received and unapproved orders. The Processing option prints a report for all tickets not updated and allows the removal of tickets within a specified range. Interfaced with the Bill of Materials application, the ticket update feature will adjust inventories as they are depleted.
