ROGER D. KIRK
Chief Executive Officer
Roger Kirk is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Guidance Corporation, a recognized leader and pioneer in integrated construction management software solutions.
Mr. Kirk founded Computer Guidance Corporation in 1981. Since that time, the company has grown with offices throughout North America. Computer Guidance Corporation consistently has the largest representation of the Engineering-News Record top 400 and top 50 revenue-grossing construction companies in the United States and Canada. Among the many awards and recognitions for its Job Cost/Accounting and Payroll solution (construction management solution), Computer Guidance has been ranked as the number one solution in the Construction Financial Management Association's IT Survey for twelve consecutive years.
Today, in addition to its construction management solution, Computer Guidance offers a variety of software application packages from financial accounting, project, equipment and human capital management to complete field-to-home office collaboration.
Prior to founding Computer Guidance Corporation, Mr. Kirk was the president of a successful custom software development company. He used the knowledge and experience gained in providing custom developed systems in manufacturing and construction as the catalyst for forming Computer Guidance Corporation.
MIKE BIHLMEIER
President
Mike Bihlmeier is the President and is responsible for Computer Guidance's operations. In this role, Mike unites all business functions in delivering innovative solutions to the market while engaging in the creation and maintenance of customer relationships. Mike has an extensive background in operations and sales management. Mike was the Vice President of Operations, COO, and later President of an entrepreneurial software development company, spearheading customer satisfaction efforts across seven departments. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

VICTORIA SATRAN
Vice President of Marketing
Victoria Satran leads Computer Guidance Corporation’s marketing efforts, including marketing communications, public relations, events, lead generation efforts, and business development support. Victoria began her career at IKON Office Solutions, Inc., where she served numerous project management roles for the corporate marketing department. Victoria was later responsible for business development, product strategy and marketing communications for a division of Electronics For Imaging, Inc., a California-based software development company. Most recently, Victoria was the VP of Marketing at MWA Intelligence, Inc., an entrepreneurial M2M software solutions provider in Scottsdale, AZ. Victoria graduated from Northern Arizona University, where she received her BS degree in Business Administration, International Marketing. In addition, she continued her education at Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management, where she received her Global Leadership Certificate.

STEVEN GROSS
Director of Client Solutions
Steven Gross is responsible for directing initiatives designed to maximize the effectiveness and utilization of Computer Guidance software applications at customer environments. As the Director of Client Solutions, Steven’s focus is on assisting Computer Guidance customers in realizing the highest levels of ROI from the Computer Guidance eCMS enterprise resource planning solution by delivering expert review and analysis of system usage, gap analysis and best practices consulting. Steven has over 20 years of experience working with and advising construction companies on successfully implementing accounting and project management systems. Steven was responsible for the initial development and leadership of the Professional Services organization at Computer Guidance, and has served in a number of management and sales positions throughout his career at Computer Guidance. Steven holds a BS degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University.
Product Development
KEN KOPAL
Director of Software Development
As the Director of Software Development, Ken Kopal is responsible for Computer Guidance's product development initiatives, including product strategy, project management, resource allocation and development. He oversees the activities of Computer Guidance’s Business Analyst, Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. Prior to Computer Guidance, Ken was a Senior Programmer and Project Manager of CSK Auto, Phoenix, AZ, where he was responsible for solution maintenance on multiple IBM platforms and establishing and managing the company's data warehouse initiative. Prior to CSK Auto, Ken served in numerous technology roles as development manager, programmer, business analyst and project manager. Ken has a degree in Computer Science and Accounting from Glendale Community College.
JAMES STRANG
Manager of Software Development
James Strang is responsible for managing the daily activities of the software development team, planning, executing and delivering software products, updates and fixes to Computer Guidance customers and ensuring that development activities are meeting the companies stated objectives and product strategy. James has been with Computer Guidance Corporation since 1999 and has over 20 years of software development experience.

MARIO CUNEO
Director of Professional Services
Mario Cuneo is responsible for the Professional Services and Application Support departments, including solution implementation, consulting services, training and customer support programs. He has previous experience as the Application Support Manager for Computer Guidance's eCMS and CMS solutions and has many years of experience in professional consulting and customer support roles both with Computer Guidance Corporation and other organizations. Mario comes to his new role at Computer Guidance with extensive knowledge of the construction industry and several years experience as a user of eCMS.
JAMES CARROLL, CPA
Manager of Technical and Application Support
James directs the Application Software Support department in providing application problem solving to customers and serving as a liaison between the customer base and other Computer Guidance departments. James is a CPA with over 25 years of accounting experience, with twelve of those years working for Computer Guidance. His mix of experience at Computer Guidance, along with his tenured staff, gives customers the competitive edge to make them more successful.

STEPHANIE MEYER
Accounting Manager
Stephanie Meyer is responsible for the management of Computer Guidance’s financial activities and accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Audits and Corporate Financial Reporting. She received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University. Stephanie has been with Computer Guidance since 2008 and has more than 9 years experience working in accounting.
